Why Should Active Members Recruit?
Active members are the best form of direct contact. Interested parties can speak to our current members and hear about our process, our rules and why NRUA is different from other officiating groups. As an added bonus, helping grow the NRUA team keeps NRUA as a well known and well respected organization.
Members who recruit will receive $75 deduction off of membership dues, per referral, for the first and second recruit referral - rookie or umpire. Referral credits are made upon the new recruit's satisfactory completion of the course. Members who refer 3 or more interested individuals in a season will receive a full credit to their membership dues.
